Seafood Scotland has been granted £100k of funding to provide onshore seafood businesses with bespoke training packages to help build skills in their businesses following the impact of the last two years.

Working with our Seafood Training Network and other programme partners – Skills Development Scotland and The National Transition Training Fund, you will receive a bespoke training plan to meet the needs of your company and staff.

The fully funded training can be delivered in a variety of ways to suit, from flexible self-completed online modules to guided courses delivered remotely by expert tutors and trainers.

There are five key training areas where support will be delivered:

1. Upskilling and multiskilling staff - training for employees and teams.

2. Career recruitment and retention toolkits for businesses - helping you develop active recruitment and retention policies for your business.

3. Process automation and business implications.

4. Women in Seafood in Scotland: establishing a meaningful network.

5. Business improvement and management development training.
